Ship4you Fulfillment & Data Solutions S.A. is a company that provides various services to companies and has its registered office at R. de S. Francisco 786, Parque Doroana Arm BA, 2645-019 Alcabideche , is registered at the Commercial Registry of Cascais under the unique registration and person collective number 510087671.
It will be called “Ship4you” in short.

The ship4you.com website is owned by Ship4you and provides not only information about its activity but also information and news regarding its services.
All contents, texts, images, graphics and logos are property of Ship4you and are subject to copyrights.
GENERAL NOTES
In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, Ship4you informs users of this website, that the data communicated through it through forms, comments, emails (for example, requesting information), subscriptions to Ship4you’s newsletter or by any other means, and which are considered as personal data, will be incorporated into files and processed automatically (or not) by Ship4you, as the person responsible for the file.
Ship4you is aware of its responsibility to collect and process, with due diligence, the Personal Data entrusted to it and to keep them safe, ensuring their total privacy, confidentiality and integrity, all in strict compliance with the law.
Also here are explained the rights that assist the Holders of Personal Data under

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
Although browsing this site does not require the transfer of personal information, Ship4you may request certain personal data from the user, such as, for example, during the process of requesting a quote, general clarifications or subscribing to the Newsletter.
In these cases, on the data collection forms, the field to be filled in with the e-mail is always mandatory and the other mandatory fields to request budgets or requests for clarification are indicated with an asterisk.
In relation to the other fields, the user can decide whether or not to voluntarily transfer the respective data, either to improve the quality of the service, receive (or not) information of a commercial nature, subscribe to newsletters and/or newsletters or to participate in events .
In both cases, the data collected from its users are only those expressly indicated in the fields of the forms in which the respective information is entered. In general, these data are: names and surnames, corporate name of the company, billing address, tax identification number, e-mail, telephone and/or mobile phone number, general data depending on the form to be completed.

Users guarantee to be over 18 years old Ship4you does not intentionally collect information about minors unless it has the express consent of their parents or legal guardians. However, we do not have tools to verify the age of users, and therefore cannot be held responsible if, among the personal data stored, there is data of minors.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The purpose of the processing is to manage the request made on the website (via a contact form or any other type of online form), email or other means.
This request may, without limitation, be requests for quotes, subscriptions to newsletters, as well as any other interaction between the user of the website and Ship4you, seeking to satisfy a need.
All requested data is essential to be able to process the request and will not be communicated to third parties, in addition to legal obligations.
The purpose of the collection is:
- Business relationship management;
- Internal record keeping;
- Use the information to improve our products and/or services, whether for internal analysis or providing data to external companies dedicated to collecting opinions on purchases made;

Ship4you is exempt from any responsibility if the user fails to comply with these obligations.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA RETAINED FOR?
Ship4you will only retain Personal Data for the period necessary for the provision of its services and/or compliance with its legal and/or contractual obligations and/or as long as the consent given by the Data Subject is in force.
After the complete execution of its Services, Ship4you will only keep the Personal Data that is reasonably necessary for the purposes indicated above and for as long as they are.
Ship4you may retain Personal Data for longer periods, namely when it is required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax or accounting obligations, as well as within the scope of complaint or claim processes or litigation relating to Personal Data .
All users can edit or delete their personal information at any time by contacting dpo@ship4you.pt by email.
Site administrators can view and edit all users’ personal information.
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
As a rule, we do not transmit Users’ Personal Data to any third parties.
When we transmit data to third parties, we do so within the scope of the development of our activity and with a view to fulfilling our legal, contractual obligations or pursuing our legitimate interests.
In case of data transmission, we limit this transmission to what is strictly necessary and, whenever possible, we try to anonymize the Personal Data. In addition, Ship4you undertakes to seek partnerships and disclose Personal Data, for the purpose of providing its services, only to entities that comply with all legal requirements and good practices with regard to their security, are certified by suitable bodies within their area of activity, demonstrate that they have the recommended security levels for the reception, processing and storage of Personal Data and ensure an adequate level of protection of Personal Data.
However, Ship4you has no way of technically validating that all security recommendations are adopted at all times, and cannot be held responsible for any security incidents or data breaches attributable to third parties.
Ship4you will always collaborate with the competent authorities by providing all the information to which it is legally obliged, including, if applicable, information from its Users or provided by them, in whole or in part, and cannot be held responsible for either such disclosure or the their use by the competent authorities.
If technically possible, the transfer of this information will be carried out in encrypted form.
Ship4you will endeavor to inform Users affected by such measures, unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Users expressly consent to the sharing of Personal Data with the aforementioned entities.
Ship4you does not sell, in any way, namely through direct sales or the exchange of consideration, the Personal Data that it collects through the Website.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
If you have ever requested information through this website, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data held about you, including any personal data you have provided. You can also request that saved data be deleted.
This does not include any personal data that is mandatory to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes as per the previous points.

SECURITY MEASURES
The person in charge of the file has taken the technical and organizational measures corresponding to the legally required levels of security. Likewise, it has used all the technical means and measures at its disposal according to the state of technology, to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided.
Personal Data is stored on highly secure servers at hosting providers that meet the most stringent international requirements. The databases in which they are stored are encrypted. The accommodation services with which Ship4you works together must ensure that they meet the most rigorous requirements in terms of security, not only with regard to access via the Internet, but also in terms of physical access, with regard to servers and the facilities where they are installed.
In any case, the user is aware that there may be risks associated with web browsing, internet transmission, the use of WI-FI networks or the computer system itself.
The user has the confidentiality and the duty of secrecy of the entire Ship4you team and of those who process the data in the name and on its behalf, being regulated by contractual clauses.
